When mostly staying put, one can find organizing one's day and even free time challenging. Being alone or only on the phone with someone is not the easiest way to socialize or feel connected.

What a treat to tune into some live or recorded programs with people who are exploring positive ideas, views of reality, ways to improve one's energy, mindset, feelings and sense of control or awareness of options (even if not quite ready to try much of what is described whether focusing or releasing ideas or simple exercises.)

That's likely enough for 'one sentence.' Now not everything necessarily

While it's hard to get to everything one would like to listen to and learn about, some oldies but goodies to be aware of are making waves on the internet and in many programs large and small. Not on mainstream media or society but plenty just a few leagues out from there. Sports, the arts, creative thinkers and artists all tune into 'energy fields', some in direct ways with pushing limits physically or using strategies to create and others more from a place of connection with the earth, others, the stars, guides (here and in spirit) and so on.

Is $15 a Good Investment in AIER.org (American Institute for Economic Research) to support their work? I was going to say yes, and still will but for a different reason.

I enjoyed taking some programs that were offered a few years ago with Maia Conty and others focusing on Women and Economics.Maybe it'a a forum with varying opinions on many economic topics. They have a guide about colleges (indexes of bang for your buck..based on many factors) and which ones have good results for students to find work, places where they actually end up working and so on.

It is a non-profit and well funded, but likely having more members show the funders there is need, interest and value in their research and offering their views.

Over ten years ago, I was looking around the Berkshire Community College campus in Great Barrington MA that is on Main Street. I met an upbeat fellow names Will Ryan who happened to tell me about the Southern Berkshire Toastmasters Club which he and his wife Susanna Opper helped found.

"What's Toastmasters?" you may be wondering, as was I when he said it was great place to share concerns or ideas in a prepared speech format.

HALT #8in10 in Arkansas at the start of April 2017 (20 States have banned Death Penalty, so not fair for Ark. to do Ten in a Week!)

Better to avoid headlines of horror (both the plans and all too likely the Ten Executions Done without our advocacy to Halt Them now!) www.ejusa.org/act/Ark is the site to sign a petition Today or As Soon As Possible to Get the Governor to Halt these Assembly Line Executions. I heard of a mother in Texas who found her little ones killed.

She ran about her home and found the gun or had picked up the gun that was used. When the police arrived, she was there next to her kids with the gun. They put the clothing from the kids and the gun in the same bag.
