 A quick hello to say www.countytimes.com and www.tricornernews.com both printed my Letter to the Editor on 'universal care' or 'many voices can lead to many cholces'.  Follow the headlines on our Principal Leaving just  a week before school, due in large part to ongoing tensions in the Region One Board and the 5th NO Vote for our 14 million dollar school budget that serves a high school of 400 and some services for 6 elementary schools.

Before that though, if  you are in TORRINGTON area Th Aug 29th,2013, check out the Fire Juggler / Eater on Main St at 8 pm..I truly hope safety precautions

The following is from another writer with the pen name Lionheart..He has talked about his views with me for a couple of years. This is a quick summary from a morning call...the overall idea is that patriarchal stories and laws have left women out of the loop for too many centuries, and have furthermore, factored into wars and the creation of the bomb, all without the consent of women and children and more good men on the planet.

Many of these posts are 'too long and complicated'. Please take your time as you need to, and read in sections. I may try to 'divide and conqure with with labelling them Part 1, 2, 3, etc with sub-headings (and summaries). I don't know all I will say until after I get going. I am an 'associative thinker' and feel it's a good skill others could allow themselves to explore.

Personal insights (or even those from others or in a group are lacking for similar reasons) are hidden from ourselves since we are often brainwashed, trained and otherwise kept from having frree time to think and play as

The breaking news in a respectable Domestic Violence publication  is that professionals and the rest of us judge people with our personal bias, not by what we are trained to do when it comes to situations like Domestic Violence and Abuse. Who knew? Apparently, we tend to Blame the Victim, no matter how many times we are told that's not the way to protect her or her kids.

We think' she deserves it' or that 'no one helped women much in the past, why do These Women need help in these modern times?
