Having wanted to make the most of this past 24 hours of ‘counting down to the next President decision’ to encourage US All to get ready to ‘prepare for landing’ as though Sully were landing the plane on the Hudson….but knowing We Will Pull Through the results and half the country will be disappointed if not shocked and the other half content if not elated, it’s only now that I’m getting to this Livfully.org/wordpressblog to journal for a minute that it’s everything we thought it would be and then some…a very close race.

I’m heading to bed  at 12:34 (now), and 5 is the number of change…so with change in the air that may mean Biden supporters having to change their belief that he’s winning if he loses or the same for the Trump supporters, accepting that our current US President’s days in the White House are numbered as holding America’s top leadership position.

Everyone deserves acknowledgement for exercising their right to vote, and hopefully most felt they had time to make a considerate decision. Likely plenty of people know people who did not do so. In the states where their candidate didn’t win, hopefully that would spur greater participation in the future. But the numbers of people turning out at the polls or mailing in ballots were hUGE, as Bernie Sanders would say.

I think I heard 100 million but don’t quote me, that’s 1/3rd of the citizenry…that’s how many mailed in ballots. The number voting is about 150 million, so half the citizenry. I’ll get some shut eye and hope we can all comprehend ways to ‘evolve with love and dare to share and care’ about one another, especially as cold weather seasons take a toll on people who have housing, food and transportation needs (and other basics.)

The more people can promote health and basic living support in every community, the fewer people will be in crisis mode. The healthier a population with strong immune systems and good nutrition, the less likely to become insulin resistant, get obese or develop diabetes and therefore have other complications including serious symptoms of COVID19.

From watching television coverage on and off over the night, people seemed to cast their votes due to basic issues of addressing COVID (and voting for Biden) or dealing with the economy (and voting for Trump.) That’s a loose summary.

One example of pro-Trump voters seemed to be in Pennsylvania where fracking was allowed to the people’s satisfaction for their economy. Clearly we need to know the science and effects on climate from fracking, oil pipe lines, deforestation of national parks and not taking climate change seriously.

We pay one way or the other and some have devastating compounding effects. Well to sign off of this post on a more gentle, positive note, I’ll recommend folks try a  free month sample of BrainTime.com from a recent post, to help stay calm, focused and get good sleep! You earned it and we really need to work together whatever the outcome of this critical US Presidency Election. Best wishes to all…and to all a good night!
