So fasten yourself to your seat (or stand up and do a happy dance or lie down and take a power nap, your choice!) and take notes or breaks to consider this journal, free forum type writing exploring ideas, how things fit together or what causes conflict and how to prevent that in the future and to learn from the one and the many.

That site was having an upgrade but I was warned the data could be lost in the process, so that’s why I had to get it over to WordPress in a jiffy, so now Livfully.org/wordpressblog can grow in incredible ways…
