Much of the following pertains to supervising youth and teens and ideally for adults to take to heart to be responsible as well for living safely and keeping someone informed of their whereabouts.
 
It is not clear 'whose job it is to care' so let's make that everyone's shared chore for the greater good!
 
What I see as problem that needs addressing is a Lack of Concern and Cross- Training among the general public to care for people at each stage of life especially youth and elders.

Please print copies of this out, give to all family, friends and community members (maybe share on FB etc) and post on your fridge, after filling in a few of the blanks.You'll thank me and I hereby say, "You're welcome and Good Luck Remembering this when you need it, or role play and practice!" Get blank sheets of paper and include the following information with numbers if desired and give copies to 

those listed and keep one in one's purse or backpack,etc.

Heather Hunt is giving an awesome talk in the live virtual District 53 Toastmasters "International Speech Contest"...and the tite of her speech is "Clarity Comes First". What an amaze-sing person Heather reveals she is, overcoming fear of speaking and showing the world with the continuous glucose monitoring device she proudly shared as key to helping her manage her Adult Onset Type 1 Diabetes..even though she had dreaded that exposure for a long time.

She also pursued running a half marathon of 13 (lucky) miles... that was before discovering her diabetic condition.
