In Arizona (or pick your state), when a well-established set of youth are forced back to their biological family when there was no reason to do so after many years

These are challenging times on many fronts. I think the general public really has to become curious about what is going on in their state and the country. There are layers of wrongdoing in many areas, and while the truth about crimes should be clear to learn of or trace, that is not always the case.

Many families need interventions early on to prevent the immediate removal of children, especially longterm or permanently. In custody battles, many unsafe fathers are gaining ground. Many mothers have to allow for shared parenting or unsupervised time when that is a danger.

But what

Joining together with the forces of Love and Light to get through the Night of the Storm

Like the rest of the county, I have been concerned about the damage Hurricane Matthew is delivering to Haiti and likely to the US Eastern Coast. I have folks I am close to down that way, but have heard that they along with over a million people have left their homes for safety, at the direction of the Governor Rick Scott. When Scott, says "Scoot" it's time to do that especially near the beach or in substandard housing. Grim thoughts of the lives that could be lost if people did not leave are in the news.

Then I got an email from a healing type group (Kumari I think). Their idea they shared

Gems to Discover and Enjoy in person or at least knowing about: The Sounding Board Folk Music series in W Hartford/Bloomfield CT. Also a New CT Peace Center for Hartford in the vision works.

A warm wondrous time was had by about a friendly folk music crowd in W Hartford at The Sounding Board Coffee House on October 1st, 2016. About thirty performers took the stage to do a song or two as part of a Tribute to Folk-Legacy Records Inc, with Caroline Paton, one of the three founders (the late Sandy Paton and Lee Haggerty being the others). People were in the right mood to give a listen to one group or singer after the next, knowing many have been on albums (or CDs) and others were part of newer endeavors.

Brothers Rob and Dave Paton and family also performed.

Poll: Who is Aware of the "Off-World Experience" of Tom Reed and His Family?

on Tue, 09/27/2016 - 15:31

Quick poll, no not about Hill or Trum, but about www.tomreed.info, whose heard of the Reed Family experience and would want to garner local support to appreciate the Sheffield MA (and Falls Village connections the Reed's had).

The monument near the Covered Bridge in Sheffield sparked complaints due to its siting.  Tom did not fund or seek to have that started. (see the comment below and check those resources.)

Instead, he was going to appreciate the efforts of others who had seen some of what he did in 1969.The Berkshire Record's Terry Cowgill reported errors he did not correct.
