Check Lists for Chicks and Guys (with or without guts)

 A quick-chick check list to stay safe and smart (which are about the same things to stay in the game of life and love of self and others fairly, legally, practically, so gutsy guys can use this list too).

  1. See rainn.org to be aware of the Laws regarding being involved with someone physically or sexually. Mutual (think me and you-to be fair to-all) consent means the two (or more, just to reflect some people's reality need to be fully sober and aware of what is being requested or suggested Before being pressured or coaxed into doing stated activity.
  2. There should be no hurrying, pressuring

Is it safe to speak freely? In a word, no. How might we try to think wisely out loud? Why bother, some ask. We are all affected by the opportunities and lack thereof,. The more we know, the more we can choose wisely how to spend our time, invest in relationships and oh yes, live our lives individually and collectively, in pairs, groups, towns, states, and countries and beyond on the internet and internationally

We might help someone nearby with a bit of good advice, or save someone across the world with a word of hope or wisdom. Why not try.

Merry in the Middle of May?

MAY is a time for good things to happen...take my 49th year arriving as scheduled against some odds. Ever have a close call of almost stepping in front of car in a parking lot, when walking backwards while saying goodbye to a friend?

That happened on December 19th,  2010.( An added update from December 2016, That kind of near miss happened Again a couple of times as a newcomer to city traffic,  a couple of times wtih me being distracted and putting myself inadvertently in danger such as 'spacing out and not checking for traffic even after seeing the Do Not Walk sign was lit, and my view was
