Taking care of myself so I can take care of others
This is a comment I posed about the balance between medication, diet and exercise. It is very simple. I thought it was worth a separate post. Everyone needs their own guidelines and practices for taking care of themselves, depending on their personal state of health and medical issues. I think these work well for most people.
Some people are against all medication. I am in strong favor of taking responsibility of my body. and doing whatever the best combination of self-discipline and wise use of medicine to do what my body needs.

Some said it was 'just too confusing to think about.' It got their heads spinning and it seemed over the top complicated. I had raised the idea of having a tag sale to raise funds or asked people to donate items etc.

That came up with one person saying they'd do that.
