Hello and How Are Things?  Sharing lots on Livfully.org about planning for the summer with families and friends.
Sometimes signing kids up for programs is easy-breezy...and other times it's more complicated if helping figure out
who can benefit from a donation (sounds like a nice problem to have, and there's lots to learn and appreciate about
that from early on in life whether helping with allowances for kids and money management skills, household and personal

So Key Points for More Parents and Care Teams to Factor Into Camps, Plans and More

From the posts about helping a youth attend camp, many people pop in on a FB thread with all sorts of 'what are you talking about and is this legit?' type questions and comments. Mostly I applaud their interest and advocacy and hope to become more in sync with the efforts and info any may be up for thinking about and sharing.

Thanks, Kate. That sounds nice but this certificate is one I purchased a couple years back.

Some said it was 'just too confusing to think about.' It got their heads spinning and it seemed over the top complicated. I had raised the idea of having a tag sale to raise funds or asked people to donate items etc.

That came up with one person saying they'd do that.

Once upon a time there was a person trying to create community and find a family that wanted their child to go to camp… and their child who wanted & could handle doing that in The Berkshires in late June or a July 2023 for 2 consecutive weeks 9am to 3 pm with a farm, crafts, riverside theme with nice kids and counselors..
After six months of many almost matches ( and details that needed
ironing out which took about 20 hours and much patience on everyone’s part) many people have said to ‘give up on getting others to join in the effort of helping afford the cost through barters or donations…)
