See this while you read what I wrote as I was listening...(or pace yourself and take notes and reflect later...)

Thanks to all braving planning for safety and care year-round at each age and stage of life.

Peace to all those who have lost loved ones or others in this way...and may the souls of those who have journeyed on

be at peace and tuned into our shared journey, guiding us like the stars above

on a dark night or with love and guidance messages during the day as we're awake or even in our dreams...

Very sad situations shared about a victim of road rage or other kinds of violence by a stranger (some caught, some not...some known, some not)
but a reminder for everyone to take precautions for 'good self care, emotionally,
physically, when going about one's day and routines as well as 'special occassions' (when drinking,
drugs and many other factors can shift the chemical wellbeing and judgements...)

Sometimes there
are warning signs and sometime's not so much, especially among 'friends, family and others' one lives
near or sees who may be 'tricky, sneaky or for whatever reason (often a past issue or longterm pattern even
on and off) .'

There is no 'final solution' of stopping the 'accidents and volatility, as well as more entrenched
problems...Bad moods and erractic words and actions may be clues to tune into and help one gain some
insight into basic needs (HALT, being Hungry, Angry, Lonely and/ or Tired)

The next part of anyone's life/ lives
of survivors of crime, injury or even 'self-harm' (often females and kids act in to harm themselves to try to cope or
have a problem 'end' or give in to pressure, known and implied.) Coercive control is  a real thing as are many forms or
self sabotage or other aspects of managing ADLs (Activities of Daily Living whether moving about, getting good food and
having support.)

Many who are getting on in years or who are isolated, or even who are sitting a lot (endless TV or not moving much or
stuck at a desk) can need more help seeing ways to have breaks and create connections even online or with nature, taking a walk or looking
outdoors (and getting more Vit D-3 if one speaks with one's doc or other professionals to keep a healthy mind and body with other supplements that
don't interfere with prescribed meds or in general may also have side effects..)

I heard that grapefruit may due something similar to blood pressure meds so
that's why both should not be taken..so even being aware of how having certain foods (and any alcohol or various meds) can create a problem for one in terms
of health or mental confusion or feelings of highs or lows are all important. I've studied with many programs over many decades and learned from others in many
groups in person and online, so am sharing along those lines...and also do outreach on my blog Livfully.org and FB pages and clubhouse.com..

.Let's create more
hubs of people sharing info and considering things based on 'our generation' and the wisdom of others . Thanks and plan for shared safety and success as promoted
by EdgarCayce.org and HeartRiver.org as well which has podcasts and resources to tune into the greater healing and ways to 'evolve with love for self and others in
balanced ways..."

I'm offering ways to 'group up and learn about helpful resources' on tri-state social networking program via Ed Advance -Foothillsl Adult Ed on zoom in March and
in person in April in Falls Village at the high school. Let's have a few community leaders and citizens from each town join in and kick off with some 'practice runs' if you'd like
to be in touch about what we can do such as create a directory of services for more people (and there are some great FB pages and groups but another forum or two to bridge resources
may be helpful for people of each age group and ways to have more local advocates one knows and can assist with getting the info, but not practiciing legal or financial or other professional services
without appropriate permissions and training as required by state and federal law...)

That sounds serious and is important so worth reviewing matters even if working with friends and family such as in a home health aide or companion role. Speaking with an Elder Law Attorney after looking up basic terms and seeing videos on CtSeniorLaw.com can be helpful in terms of planning to be compensated and even assist a family member in using their assets to cover homecare or other needs with the right timing and documentation of a formal agreement is important.

Some things can't be implemented 'after the fact' and be reimbursed or approved...even while there are more programs to help people receive support to stay in their homes..."Timing Can Be Everything..." and the importance of studying options for having a healthcare representative who you have worked with and had some consults with (and seen info on youtube to learn the ups and downs, possible wording to appease fears or encourage certain paths for care or withholding care) are all important.

I just heard of LifeGuardianFoundation.org and also have learned a lot from Mideo Card and health decision video and info for a person to have and be in a database...such as mydirectives.com. Lots to ponder but at least some have had decades to map out what's what and where we are now so we can be more aware and prepared when making plans for ourselves and as representatives for others.
