Who has time to Think About Working Out or Blending Stretches and massage into one's daily routine to pamper what keeps the bones and muscles in working order? Okay that was a trick question since basically no one 'has the time' but many may be up for Watching a Video for a Few Minutes and Make the Time (a little here and there is "Okay and a smart move" according to Candace Cabrera on her delightful videos made with #TeamGNC.

As for the supplements that are suggested at times whether something you've heard of or a weirder one like ashwaganda, check into that with your doctor and natural

 Having just seen an exciting show of The Little Mermaid with a thousand folks, including many starry eyed kids, get ready for many to find their niche in wonderful ventures and trainings...There was a fair amount of flying in the show but those doing yoga get into the zone while mostly on the ground.

I also saw a clip of Cirque Us who'll be at our local Berk-Cirque in Great Barrington MA. The yoga, movement, and dance people will be the healing leaders of tomorrow..Thanks for all you do from here to Thailand and many other places and thankfully, back again.

Getting In Touch with your Inner Yogi...take online and in-person classes (or use a book or rock a baby with a gentle step, even pretend to)

Move With Grace is a lovely spot to do yoga (and even have a healthy drink) in Brooklyn NY. They run a  special of two weeks for $45 for unlimited classes...Anyone lucky enough to live close enough to it to take advantage of that offer (given time and basic flexibility though there are many offerings and one can work at their own level which is true of many fitness programs) would be wise to jump right in (or get in shape a little at home, maybe using the Yoga By Candace site and app or her book Namaslay.
