I'm so excited to invite you to join Spark - A Community of the Heart. 

Two years ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with an idea. I was staying in a hotel in NYC and I left my room and went to an all-night diner to write it all down. I wanted to create a supportive community where we could grow together, experience Grief Yoga classes, and really have a chance to dig into the topics that keep us stuck. I envisioned big things for us.
