Notes to Self...Check out Life Force Academy with Jai Dev and the FB page

If you are like me, you are spending more time than usual looking on the internet.. Maybe not searching for things but Checking Out Cool Programs. I did a class with JaiDevSingh.com a few months back..and took the plunge to learn more for the Year..so I Have to do that..I peaked at the FB page and see people showing compassion for one another... and remembering some others in their 'daily meditations..' So lots of layers of caring and inspiration and actual assistance with managing stress and breathing. They are doing a big 40 -day challenge starting Tuesday the 7ths (Lucky 7 let's hope and really do the challenge, which is about 15 min a day I think...) So here is something I found moving and trust is okay to share... just to give you a glimpse and a reminder to me to learn this one and take the Deep Dive into the programs offered... hopefully so I can share with others and of course benefit as well. Part of appreciating the power of breathing is to learn how to breathe in various ways (breath of fire for instance...and plenty of other pranayama modes...) I did enjoy the New Life Expo today and they'll be offering more in the coming 5 weekends I think... Double check and good luck finding time to do all the things you Need to do and Want to do (maybe in that order...and that's a reminder to myself too since I didn't get much done I meant to but got my gardens sorted out a bit, hurrah!) Now here's the chant...as described by a student (not me...yet)

" Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung meditation which Jai Dev taught us on one live class - where we use our hand mudra held at mouth level as a megaphone.. I do that one every day because it gives me such power to transcend my moods or fears and opens my heart beyond the boundaries of my immediate circle. Maybe find one practice that resonates if you can and do it off your mat?? - the power practice of Love and Compassion - which again I love, uses that same mudra for the heart - and Jai Dev gave it to us before the virus but just after his talk with another yogi."
