Country haven a bit of heaven

Kids spinning their way toward the stars

Round and round the lamp post like

Three living hands of a clock

People turning into Things Over Time

Under a spell on the stage of life

Dreaming, Waking, Sharing, Taking

Turns with Words, Deeds, Dreams

Figuring out Things Alone and Together

Fireworks Exploding into mini supernovas

Belly dancer shimmying

Bent over backwards

Rainbows igniting 

Billowy Storm Clouds Appearing

Three letters, minutes or people added

People challenging whitewater

Then suddenly Disappearing and 

Some reappearing, but not all 

Playing with words, voices and choices

Finding ways to feel and make noises

Make your own kind of play any time of day

Add to the music of the village in your own way

 Stand on the corner of the Train Depot platform

Hear music in every direction as the new norm

Parades of towns coming together

Fighting side by side in all kinds of weather

Maybe saving a life but risking theirs too

Valiant heroes march on while others are in the news

Lives lived and now ended, whether after years of service 

or something unintended, even saving another 

A sister or brother, a father or mother

Addicted baby transforms from that spell 

Flies across the country adopted as well

To see the magic of a beast inspired and not give up hope

To find one's inner fires and desires

To remember and control tempers

Comprehend the wolves within and those without

Are part of why we cry and shout

Emotions like waves in the ocean fill the air 

When people and life join every where 

To see a show, to have a party, 

To protest injustice or join the fury

Are we aware of whose in control

The paths we can take, the games we can play

The plans we can make

For good or ill like lying in wait

Are we ready to slow down and listen 

to our dreams and deep connections

with our pasts that inform

us all in many directions

Can we rap and roll with callings and goals

Can we find the pieces to discover our souls

Honor our families, friends, areas and country

See we are all part of a greater forest

No matter our roots or nationality

We are part of humanity

Undying beings miraculously blessed

Finding our way Home with inner peace is the test

Our shared heart on earth is counting on us

With beings from other realms

coaching our ride on the bus

Together we will chart a course

Under the stars where our souls extend 

Finding ways to see the inner starlight

Love powers the game

No matter the wrappings, trappings or name.
