Whose Game to Go "Off Topic" in a Comments Section or In a Post? That'd be ME and hopefully You 2 (or U2) even if once in a while...

I know some little fellas who liked to jump on the bed...But it wasn't allowed for the most part..only "Once In A While." Same for the request for cookies (maybe Before Dinner...) Absotootley Not..usually, #OOIAW (Only Once In A While.) If we're talking about dangerous stuff, say drunk driving or cliff jumping for minors or others who do not have the skill and permission from legal guadians...well, there really shouldn't be a #OOIAW unless not doing so would be worse..say being caught in a fire zone or chased by a bear with no options. Okay so back to normal living (even with bears that do regularly raid garbage cans in the local area of CT where I am currently...) Let's see this post is one from a thread about the 'limits of FB or other posts' about politics or dicey topics or about going 'off topic'. I'm all for it not  #OOIAW but whenever the spirit calls..and Heeerree's Why!

Hi folks on this post about staying on topic and sharing acceptable views of things only.. .. I explore ideas freely (if one hasn't noticed..) feeling that I am open to seeing where tangents, info and creative thinking and even Logic might lead. We need New Ideas and Energy and ways of relating so maybe let things steep for a week before deleting rather than feeling some major violation has been made.

Whose rules is one following and Why? Also, thanks for this point to put on my blog where other ideas are also welcome in the comments section. Maybe a few more blogs could help create the bigger forums people want..my blog has reached over 80K or so and I'd love some help with a few dozen projects along those lines should anyone be interested. Thanks in advance and 'on with the dance...'(while there's still music and a dance floor, platform and people tuning in...)
