Time to learn about healing traditions the world over, especially to consider not only 'mind over matter' but how one's life force may need reclaiming from trauma (called 'soul retrieval" ) See  TheShiftNetwork.com or HumanitysTeam.org for the latest program offered by Sandra Ingerman and many programs they offer, some at reduced rates or free.

 Sandra is well-known and respected in this field.The idea of 'journeying' is not one to be done just for fun and some discourage getting it since one may get 'lost in the journey' and not return as intact and well as before. So there are definitely different opinions...so there are some who journey 'for someone'...and it's like a meditation but with drumming going...and basically there's important things to learn and consider.

 Likely much of our life is a kind of weaving in and out of various states of consciousness and mind and soul experiences (highly emotional or involved experiences and relationships for instance...) so learning about these various forms may shed light on life and 'real life' issues...

 Please listen in as you feel truly able and grounded, with support from others even and  mature (not kids alone for instance....just offering free advice, but likely plenty have heard of these things and may not have many adults to consult with realistically....)
