Hope that was a 'one off' and not an ongoing problem..but I recall a friend who was a therapist having a zillion crisis calls to tend to...I think it was before emergency numbers were invented..Now we have 211.org or the number to call, 211, or 911, if there's a pressing matter... Can people, whether therapists, family or friends' cover for one another...and take turns..I'm hoping to find more help for a few folks needing a ton of care on an ongoing basis...and think of making a Caregiving Response Team akin to an ambulance or crisis intervention team...the point would be to help well before
