From a Go Fund Me Account set up for the family of Zak Dube after his sudden passing.
On May 20, 2016, Zak Dube of Riverton, CT was involved in a tragic accident. He was riding on a small motorcycle when he was hit by a truck. This vehicle then fled the scene.  Zak was life-starred to Hartford hospital due to his critical status and unfortunately succumbed to his injuries the following day. Anyone who knew Zak Dube knew that he was a pillar to his family, friends, and the community. Our love for Zak cannot be put into words.

One of the Many Notes from David Adelson, at david@davidadelson.com (where You can write to get on his mailing list or ask to be on special offer list.

He wrote to share with friends, and I consider all of you out there in cyberworld checking this site out as friendly types, so hope this is helpful. I am not (nor are they) claiming any certain results or endorsing just being the messenger.

Okay, enjoy (and like he says, don't drive or operate equipment etc when doing this, just Relax, sit and see how it goes.)

If you are not sure you want to try that, then don't and even check with anyone

More on DV, where weeds must be pulled to let the good stuff grow. Prevention is KEY (and not easy) but better than too little too late or not having a Clue!

Celebrating with celebrities  (with the likes of Martha Stewart, Bunny Williams and Others who generously donate along with many supporters and volunteers) to combat abuse is admirable, so kudos to the success of  the Annual May Trade Secrets Elaborate Garden Event which raises many thousands for Women's Support Services (860)364-1900 hotline for support for abuse or support if not even sure if abused...or their office number is 860-364-1080.

They are based in Sharon and serve the CT northwest rural towns (I'd have to check their list) and maybe others who call on the hotline.

Speaking about Domestic Violence Intervention and Prevention Centers in the MA/NY CT area and beyond.. Plus How Schools, Faith and Sport Groups can All Wise Up to the Huge Burden of Abusers to a Town, State and Country like US!

They also need special consideration from Non- profits such as DV (Domestic Violence) centers, arts, camps and other  youth and family service groups such as Scouts, 4H, and clubs, as well as faith groups--which should all be gateway groups for women and children who  need help Men also deserve support likely from their Family of Origin Issues.

Those past if not present relationships  could likely

The Brooklyn Unitarian Church in New York, US of A-Miracle (or so we can pray), held a raffle which gave a prize of picking a sermon topic. The winner asked that the sermon be on Charitable Giving (and was in early May 2016 and is online, which would be a great way to spend ten minutes before reading or after this post.)

Would you save  a drowning child is one question raised and explored not only in the talk but in a book referenced which looks at the risks and benefits fo giving.
