Jarrad Hewett's Insights for early December 2019 and Wishing All Well Setting Good Intentions With Appreciation for the Past (lessons and experiences)

on Mon, 12/02/2019 - 15:29

https://youtu.be/5-LsVaVZ5uM is an inspiring way to start the month of December. I happened to open this at 10:20am on Monday, December 2nd, 2019. I'm inspired by the first few minutes so am sharing 'hot off the press.' Jarrad is on the healing team for our times I feel. I trust things are opening up for you in ways that allow for growth and healing, health and wealth on all levels, including good self-care and safe, balanced relationships and greater respect for all in one's community, state, country and wider circles...

As Edgar Cayce shares, 'As you sow, so shall you reap.' Check out his

The Wim Hof Method a Cool Idea (Check with your doc before trying please)

on Mon, 12/02/2019 - 03:15

Among novel ideas I heard between rich meals this past week was to breathe cool air, walk outdoors in the cold, and take (get ready for this one mentally) cold showers to boost one's immune system and acclimate better to the cold. I heard of other versions of using cold from a few schools of thought in the past few years including taking 'hot and cold intervals of a couple of minutes in a shower' (ending with a cold rinse) which was a way to get ready for spring I think in the 5 element Chinese medicine protocol.

Mostly the idea was to scrub with a cloth the lymph glands under arms and

What's Entropy Got to Do, Got to Do With It (the Universe)...A Great Deal, causing expansion

on Sun, 12/01/2019 - 23:43

https://youtu.be/WMaTyg8wR4Y talks about The Arrow of Time. The talk will help you have a new appreciation for Time and The Universe and likely your very existence. Get ready to get inspired! He shared about a fine man named Feynman who got important topics raised 50 years ago. Lots to learn and consider.Entropy is about expansion and he offers theories as to why that's happening. Happy pondering.

Keeping Quantum Mechanics Simple Enough for Humans to Understand

on Sun, 12/01/2019 - 23:22

https://youtu.be/wZzHnZzm_58 is a TED Talk introducing insights into how Quantum Mechanics relates to humans. We are a chemical mix and I'll add a little magic. Let's see what this fellow has to share. Don't be scared by a couple of the equations he shares early on.

He gives Madame Curie credit for her work along with other leaders such as Albert Einstein.  We are making new objects that behave the way similar to ones we have... with quantum mechanical patterns. I may have to watch this twice.

All the best in your pursuits and sharing what you learn along the way.

Discovering the Source of the Nile (or Seeking to do so by Explorer Stanley in the 1800s)

on Sun, 12/01/2019 - 23:15

https://youtu.be/gn4bvjMh4vc is a TED Talk by Michael Robinson, who has a couple of books worth learning about regarding the Arctic and Africa, and the peoples from those places long ago.  A friend using my computer had the talk up and before cancelling out, I figured I'd see what it's about. What are some of your latest TED (Technology, Education and Design) talks of interest?

On npr.org there's The TED Talk Radio Hour that has a theme I heard of today as well.
