In the Heart of the Mayan Jungle...with Gregg Braden! One can always dream!

There were 'six simultaneous cradles of civilization' with all the amazing advances we'd assume one would need to succeed. Southwestern America and in the Mayan cradle of civilization are some of the places Gregg Braden will explore amazing theories. Chaco Canyon in the four corners of NM was not recorded...( I actually went there as a friend wanted to check that out back in the 1980s... so rather super cool to hear of how special that was.)

Okay so he is talking about some amazing parts of the Mayan land, pyramids and such. Explore them with 'what you've learned in the classroom.' He's a great spokesperson...Esch karet..is how it sounds, a 200 acre part of the jungle...a park, an aquarium, with a river that runs through it. Then there are other talks about living in the worlds of thought, feeling and emotion...and when we have a unity of those three then 'reality shifts'. In China there have been more studies that atoms can be re-arranged in powerful ways. He shares that 'the heart has no judgment or ego...' When we have those thoughts, that is coming from the mind. When something pains us, then we could get curious, embrace the experience, then we can heal it... The ancients say 'we can bless the things that hurt us, that cause us the pain, then that acknowledges the situation, the violation, then the verbal expression brings up the heart energy and allows the charge to be dismissed 'for a moment' from the body...and then the hurt can be replaced 'with something else'. That may be beauty...another form of energy.Listen to how he shares the information. 

These ideas resonate also for me because they are based in staying true, honest and authentic... which allows for flow. Unfortunately if there is a block to the truth, victim-blaming and shaming and other distorted responses then things stay out of balance, become 'more of a block' and can hang on over time. 

The prayer that Gregg shares is to help keep people one in flow and a way to become more heart-centered. Every moment of every day is incorporated into life. Feeling-based prayer is another way to consider this option that Gregg shares. It's not a doing as much as a way of being. Science and the Essene texts echo that sentiment.

Soon science likely will want to see more ways to help people understand the mystery...and encourage people to brave practiciing this idea of healing, resonance and transformation with one or more people.  Choosing peace and healing in one's body and connecting with the divine matrix... will help people heal on many levels. He offers more people in cities and in stressful environments may need respite from the stress so they can connect with healing, feeling and nature and flow.
