A Ball of Trapped Emotion (Grief) in the Heart was a woman's source of illness...

https://youtu.be/tZAs3jD7mVc explores many important ideas about how profound emotions affect our 'field of energy'. Hope we can all consider these enlightening ideas...(and eye-deas to see the world with new eyes and in meaningful ways...) Our subconscious mind from way back in the womb or a previous lifetime (from conception time related to our parents and may be something from many generations back.)

The physical body and spiritual body work in concert... but the trapped emotions can affect the body physically in a distorted way... Okay tune in to how he explores these illusive concepts. I've been hearing and exploring lots of this kind of thing for a couple of decades. The theories vary but all worth knowing about and considering.

Hope you find it inspiring and healing. He gives an example of a 'rageaholic', someone on edge ready to lash out at people in his circles, family, driving and so on. Apparently he had a difficult situation that resulted in dire anger and his back was pained. The anger was triggered by many stimuli and the 'over-reaction' would play out.

When he was healed from the underlying lump and distortion of anger, then he shifted in his behaviors to being more calm. This kind of 'mapping, imprinting and related behaviors' is similar to how shamanism views the human experience. The Emotion Code is the name of a book by Bradley Nelson.

He says it makes sense to 'ask for help from a higher power' to connect with source (for just a moment before asking for healing or seeking relief from a hidden reason or block for emotion. Energy-motion (e-motion) is another term I've appreciated for many years...so let's keep the door ajar and consider what lies beneath the surface of our behaviors, aches, pains,  mental thoughts, physical actions and bodies. There's more to us than meets the eye. He says that the heart is a powerful part of our body. Our magnetic field exudes out from the heart 12 feet.

Those near that person can sense that. At 20 minutes into the talk, he explores the importance of healing from difficult feelings. To protect one's heart, one may wall off the hurt feelings even after the stimulus of being bullied or otherwise put down or abandoned. This holds information that we can heal our hearts (and the brain in our heart, or neurons in our heart.) Being caring and feeling gratitude can lift our vibrational level.

Forgiving ourselves and others that can release tensions as well. That does not mean condoning the harm or re-engaging with that person, group or activity if there is an ongoing risk for injury or harm. I am adding these last few insights. Sometimes limiting interactions to written or third party communications without seeing the person.

Perhaps some phone conversations would be possible, but be aware everything is recorded likely (or could be even without your permission even if illegal.) Leaving voice messages or otherwise sharing videos can be 'used against the sender' if there is not a clear, safe legal and emotional climate and written agreement.

Many people have tricky personalities or dynamics which may include challenging or volatile behaviors, possibly untruthful or confusing mental patterns or sporadic behaviors or changeable terms of relationships whether close or more social or professional. That is a lot to consider and is explored in other posts.

Bradley Nelson offers that we may have many choices to explore from the time we incarnate. He offers that our emotional baggage is diminishing our lives and our capablities. After 25 minutes he shares that our life can improve in positive ways without being hindered or as conflicted with our choices for 'good or evil', 'honesty or corruption or lying.'

He offers that making better choices is easier when one is not weighted down by distortions, lies and working at cross purposes. He has more to say worth hearing as well. Thanks for tuning in to the ideas that trapped emotions such as hopelessness could be passed down many generations (even 22 levels.)

This kind of generational challenge has been described in different ways, so again there's likely much more to learn and appreciate about these kinds of 'energetic influences.' Best to all finding our way to the light and lightening our loads...being open to healing, help and sharing the wisdom as well. Much of this pertains to animals as well.
