If Taking a Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico or in Brooklyn NY Was on Your Dream List, Sacred Brooklyn Has An Offering to Do Just That!

Check out www.SacredBrooklyn.com to learn of exotic and less-exotic (and expensive) ways to train to be a yoga teacher if you are in the USA and particularly local to the NYC area. IF you are near Trocones Mexico, they'll be offering Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (for about $5K which includes housing for about a month) shortly (as in mid July 2017).

The Brooklyn Studios at 197 Clifton Place and just down the block from Jill Lindsey on Myrtle Ave not far from Pratt Art Institute and St. Joseph's College will be the base for the Fall 2017 Program that runs just under $3K I think. For those not ready to jump in with two feet to trainings, then there is a free class (Saturday at Noon on Myrtle) and a $20/two weeks of classes offer.

Move With Grace is a different yoga and juice bar on the corner of Myrtle and Clinton Avenue. They rent their space out for small gatherings and have a variety of classes. Wishing you could just sample a variety of them for two weeks for $45? That's generally their standing offer as of July 2017.

If you need help affording this dream, health program or other goal, envision yourself already doing it with ease and celebration from friends and new people in your life. Then ask for support from the universe however that works for you, and share your goals and get a team to help you solicit funds or do events, possibly loans (that you or others could pay back with work days or other trades, help with loan payments if need be and so on.) No harm in dreaming and the message on the Sacred Yoga posters is "Love to Teach.Teach to Love.' So you gotta love that and feel emboldened and embraced on your journey wherever it takes you...

See www.yogabycandace.com for lots of inspiration (and perspiration motivators if that's you're style too.) She's got apps and lots of online media to keep people ijnspired before they even get out of bed or to help them fall asleep or keep up with their day (or night) as the case may be. She also offers retreats and more, so another great way to Dream A Little Bigger and Out Loud as You Live Your Life Fully!

Inspiration to rest is something more people need. Then to get going again in smooth, relaxed manners to live a more balanced life and pursue noble goals for self and others may come into focus. Once you get to the level of actually wanting to take yoga classes (online or in person) the options open up. It's nice to know there are communiites that support you in your journey.

It may be helpful to know who the teachers are who offer trainings to teach yoga before signing up. In that respect, getting over to the YogaByCandace site would give you lots of warm-up time to learn who she is, how she approaches the practice and what she offers on a few forums and in her recent book Namaslay. Keep me posted if you get to an event or a training which she may offer...I will do likewise (with details as may be readily available to share...)

Enjoy the wonderful life you have as you find the pace that works for you...and take time to rest often, breathe, relax and tune into those who are sharing their gifts to enhance the collective world's experience...one person at a time. Namaste.
