know 'this kind of thing is happening and problematic' but complicated and not clear
when it comes to 'what should we do about it and how would we make things happen
with better outcomes?'

to have a better understanding of the terrain that lays ahead for them...being vulnerable
to relationships and interactions that could be difficult, dangerous, costly and complicated,
and there are not 'easy' ways to figure things out, get help or really to Get The Swift
