Things Worth Waking Up to in 2020 Good Sleep and the Reality of 5G
I'll start with the last topic 5G first. See the documentary on a former post about Artificial Intelligence (and self-driving trucks in China, with a driver in them for now...) Jeff Brown gives a talk online about investing in 5G since it will go very big. See Bonners & Partners newsletter since that's where I heard about it. A lot of medical alerts would be used with 5G (called wearables) and making many strides...While all this sounds great, don't overlook the warnings that NoLiesRadio.org and others have said 5G may have terrible health impacts on our environment and biology... Yikes..we really need major think tanks on these things... So now to the other topic: sleep. (Before global webinar on focus with free replay www.jaidevsingh.com which I am now tuning into...)
Starting the new year with sleep topics...Clipper.com ad for a small nose clip with magnets got my attn but another site said it didn't cure snoring necessarily. A British Snoring site may offer a test to help determine various causes and ways to address issues.
Sleep studies can be done at home but may need to be repeated at a facility to figure out the level or type of CPAP device...I'd love to have a sleep info center in every state and group of advocates working on this. I'll see what's online but likely there's plenty to learn. A brainwave program is free to try for 45 days from BrainTime.com if you sign up by Jan.14th...then it's either 30/mo or 290/yr...so about a dollar a day for good sleep but overall improved brain function (pill free.) It takes 5 min twice a day basically.
Say one has a family...that could keep everyone calm for that long but you where headphones so may need to take turns... I just signed up and one can cancel for free in the first 44 days..then the charge would be billed if not on day 46...(I put that earlier date in there so people wouldn't go over if they meant to cancel...) There's a lot youth could learn about sleep to help invest in handling stress and helping learning, etc.
Study for a half hour at a time then take a break is what one friend recommended so the brain can integrate info. Maybe more folks could chime in with info on that... Mostly talking about what one is learning helps in any topic (after and during studying..to integrate info...so time would be needed after a class to do that or at least each night. Previewing a few times and relating to other topics helps too...so weekends could involve more team support for finding balance for each person (students--learning, having clean clothes and food set for lunch or snacks, breakfast, etc sports or hobby things set up and much more. Having things in set places and done in a routine order can help with mind and flow in general...) Okay back to the basics here and chime in with what you'd like to share or read on livfully.org too.
