Has anyone noticed an uptick in Holiday and End of the Year Sales and Specials online, even from favored gurus and people seeking to help the world? From The Reconnection (whose got a half-price sale on their Level One program so worth a look at their online program), to www.divinefeminineyoga.com which is having a change of leadership as Laura Cornell retires after seven years and giving steep discounts on a few special programs.

Check out their Brain Time offer too (free for 45 days, who can't afford that? Of course you need a computer or access to one for 5 minutes a day to check out this innovative way to help balance your system to enhance sleep from what I heard. Likely Every Cool Site if Offering Something for Free or Low Cost. I don't want to miss out in extending a free gift to you yet that's what I've been doing for over four years as I've been blogging. Sharing key information to keep people healty, well-thy and wise (and wealthy and answer whys) has been a gift to give and hopefully similarly a gift to receive.

Let's think about that for a moment shall we? Some posts have a hundred views, others a thousand and many have 5-10 or even 30 Thousand views. I realize there's many ways to develop this forum and create more connections...and I have splurged on joining The Collective with Patty Lennon. I would love to invite you to help me afford that or another program or session I have invested in to enhance my skills.

The more I learn and practice what I teach, the more I can share the learning. I have considered setting up a patreon.com account but right now, I think it's okay for anyone to gift anyone else up to $14K tax free (and if over that, some tax would need to be paid by the gifter, fyi.) Let me know if that is of interest, even with small amounts of 5-20-100 or more to offset the expenses I have incurred over the years, mostly the last decade with this learning and sharing journey.

I wrote to my local newspapers and attended conferences to advocate for causes as best I could. If you google my name, a few photos show up of me asking questions of leaders at the local and state level (in CT.) Now I have landed in Brooklyn NY and am braving covering themes I find compelling even in the big world which is not easy to venture into without a little courage and a city mapper app and sense of doing one or two main things... amidst the millions doing their things.

I would encourage you to treat yourself to some time off, a cup of tea with a magazine or time to check a TED Talk out or learn about Toastmasters International (and maybe give a speech in front of your bathroom or bedroom mirror. Free tip here though, mirrors in a bedroom can make it harder to sleep. Back to the wisdom of getting good rest (to avoid conditions that can increase risks of Alzheimer's, heart disease and other maladies...)

Sleep in a good, quiet, dark room. Common sense but priceless to attain on a regular basis, ideally before 10pm and going all the way to 7 am, is what www.drsha.com coaches from the Chinese wisdom that most Westerners haven't heard of. Okay I need to wrap this up, but appreciate each and every reader and wish you all well in the rest of 2017 and into the new year of 2018..and far beyond that. Let's pull together energetically and otherwise and trust we will see eachother through.

Here's  a free offer from another site, www.eraofpeace.org. Jennifer McLean also offers some free talks as does You Wealth Revolution...so happy hunting online and enjoy nature a few times a day, morning, daytime and night to connect with natural rhythms of the day. Check out www.thewriteassociate.com too for ideas about writing or The Berkshire Women Writers site. Lots of  favorite picks and a world of healing, skill-building and helpine yourself and others along the way! Happy Adventurizing, and Giving To Yourself and Others...
