Sharing the Legacy of An Inspirational Woman for All Times...

There are many wonderful people who have touched up all of our lives... Let's start with our parents, especially our mothers..Really, where would be without Them? Biological and otherwise, the nurturers of life for each person are precious, especially birth mothers yet also surrogates and those brave nursing moms in the world, many 'figuring it all out' with fewer supports and role models. Kudos to every woman and girl figuring out what works for her in life in 2020 and beyond...when all the world's in transition (not just flux.) Feel your inner guide and flame and have a team of support, I think the late Karen Kisslinger would suggest, having gotten to know her as a young Mom myself over 30 years ago!

That's just for starters. Karen Kisslinger was one to encourage Moms to breastfeed if they wanted to or would consider the benefits even for a bit for their baby and themselves in terms of health, bonding and more. Then there was the idea of healthy eating, pacing one's day and life to make time and do one thing at a time with ease and focus (with support to have a team whether with one or more skills or caregiving and tending to home, garden and healing the world. Just a few things that made me want to 'learn more' from  her.

Now there is a fund in her name, at KarenKisslinger.com, to inspire this generation to pick up where she left off her earthly endeavors, many of which live on through the family, friends and endless folks who read her articles and outreach on parenting, health and even relaxation (with a radio daily am and pm reminder to take Time to Relax!)  Get inspired, share this post and make a donation as you can this October 2020 as the first was her birthday and her earthly journey ended in the month of November...

Live life fully with deep breathing, walks in nature or learning to garden or sharing a good meal or even a massage or message with others to uplift and inspire US All in these times in America and around the world. Songs, storytelling and enjoying community were all parts of Karen's life and paths worth pursuing to enjoy life with a team of support over the years with folks of all ages. Best to all on such a night at this October 1st, 2020 with a full moon lighting up the sky, clouds and all with stars spelling out sparkling messages of love from above as well! Right back to you our angelic friends and family and all cheering for the earth heart team day by day and over the generations!
