Seeing Eye To Eye With Help from Dr. Banker's Natural Exercises and More!

Once you start to realize the job of doctors, educators (teachers and those Planning the Curriculum), counselors and ministers as well as parents and caring adults (or anyone a little wiser even it younger) are Not Mandated to Prevent Harm or Promote Health, then a lot of misery makes more sense. When you consider the Big Money that is Already in the Pipeline to ALLOW for MORE OF THE SAME, you can start to feel Disheartened. When you realize even whistleblowers highlighting corruption in politics and courts (which are supposed to be Different and Independent from each other to prevent  monopolies and maintain democracy), then you see learn maybe that is happening in Medicine and Much Education, you again can feel Hugely Confused and Disappointed but at least the lights are turning on. Finally one can chat with another (but that can be risky since everyone evolves S-L-O-W-L-Y in terms of  Accepting that they need a New Game Plan and Have to Take More Responsibility for Their Well-Being for their Lifestyle and Health.

Okay, so that is to help one get ready to jump into the Possibilities for healing, pursuing health (instead of waiting for predictable medical challenges and the typical half-baked solutions rather than learning more about root causes and not assume one is 'all set and doing all one can' by taking pills or having surgery or wearing glasses. I am hearing great things on an interview with John Monroe  on www.WBAI.org  who is describing Dr. Banker's Eye Health Protocol. Google away and enjoy. Also the eye-dea of learning about one's Thyroid from Dr. Izabella Wentz will likely transform many people's lives. She is very inspiring and has many speakers addressing the complex issues one can face with a thryoid problem. She recommends getting a good blood test panel that includes measuring one's TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) level which should be under 2. Also test the 3T3, 3T4 and Reverse T3 as well as check for antithyroid antibodies. The overall picture is important not just allowing for one measure. Symptoms should be charted as well, such as tiredness, depression, bipolar type symptoms (too often it is a thyroid issue that needs the right medicine.) So lots more to explore about all things Thyroid. I will try to add more as I can but hope more folks are waking up and seeing eye-to-eye with real experts and not settling for partial or erroneous responses (including blaming or dismissing concerns.)
