Lucky Us to Know About BrainTime.com (and these free trials and links) to Launch 2021 With Greater Success!

on Sat, 01/02/2021 - 04:09

Here's an 'instant replay' of a post from last year, but poised to help you get the most out of 2021. There are free talks for everyone to hear on BrainTime.com as well as monthly and annual memberships (per household.)

These links give me credit as an affiliate and more good news, you can become an affiliate as well! There are some perks but also it requires setting up a business paypal account, being a member after the time given to one as an affiliate...and getting some folks to sign up under you.

Kindly let me know at cppaton@yahoo.com (or on my public FB Pg Livfully or Catherine Palmer Paton) if you are interested in being an affiliate under me. I look forward to building up a dynamic team of fellow enthusiasts about BrainTime.com offerings to brighten our lives and days!

By the way, there is another site to get an account set up on linked to BrainTime.com to keep track of one's business dealings. If I can do it, so can you. The sooner one starts, the longer one can experience the benefits!

People are realizing more and more that inner peace, self-control and being clear in one's plans and actions are key to living a satisfying life (and getting stuff done!)

With more isolation, this kind of support can help people feel more in control of how they are feeling, thinking and how their day goes based on choices and intentions.

In terms of trying BrainTime.com programs, there are options for a free month to get started with some tips here and many more on the site. I have used the  programs which consist of short quiet sounds in the right and left ears (synced with the R and L earbuds using an easy minute track at the bottom of the training page.)

There is one track with a gong sound however worth making sure the volume is turned down. The playful challenge on that one is to 'turn your head in the opposite direction of the sound of the gong.' Kids might like to play that game (and maybe practice even before getting the program, since it's a helpful idea to remind one of the choices one has.

I'd even suggest taking turns with 'doing the opposite' kind of games, or having a yes mean no and a no mean yes in a game just to see how that feels in terms of 'waking up your brain' and being playful with words and sounds. One could also make up another word for something such as dinglehopper is used in The Little Mermaid to name a fork. Another track has a set of questions to consider.

That may be a bit more for teens and adults, but again, help people warm up by realizing there is value in asking What If or reflecting on thoughts and experiences even if one does not come up with answers. That should be encouraging to everyone with these modern day health and practical life challenges linked to the pandemic and transitions.

One subscription can serve a household, so the investment may benefit a few people especially if there's a sense of team.

People in a household or class may want to keep track with a check mark or on a chart and celebrating together weekly with a special few minutes (or more) of a treat or shared activity (guessing games, Simon Says, or hiding things and finding them or memory game of taking one thing away from a group of small items, depending on the age of folks.)

Those are ideas I am coming up with now that I am envisioning more people's 'getting an edge and also taking the edge off stress and study time' with BrainTime sessions daily (or thereabouts.)

Hopefully more families and schools can encourage all in their classes to listen to some of the insights about emotions, managing stress and even eating for brain health (pretty sure that's covered too.) Okay so "On With the Show..I mean, BrainTime.com adventures!)

Here's the post from October 2020--Most folks love the idea of short cuts or life hacks to get ahead with stuff that's gotta get done or doing things well. We know we do better if not stressed and ideally with good sleep.

So why not investigate ways to do some of each? With Halloween around the corner, days to reflect on the election and oh yes, the US Presidential election, why not Vote for Yourself to be the best you can be with a few tips from the pros?

Here are some links to access great programs from BrainTime.com, something I was happy to learn about and even happier to try out in the past year and join their outreach team. Thanks for being part of my affiliate adventure!
