LissaRankin.com has great ideas to boost your attitude (and immune system quite likely) Great Docuseries from Hayhouse too 3/16-26 too for free live

Well with that much info in the title, I hardly need to say more. But I will before I head out for my fifth walk of the day (and too much salt in my diet which I fully vow to Cut Down since that can help with Blood Pressure.... no more chips and salty anything (overly so..)

Okay so the Hayhouse folks have a great offer up that LissaRankin.com let me know about. Why not go to her site first and get on her list for her free videos like I did and her newsletter..where maybe she will benefit if you sign up for the Docuseries via her site?

I don't get any sponsorships but am looking into patreon.com and let people know I very much can appreciate donations at this time for the years of blogging and doing lots of community networking and advocacay...That'd be via Paypal.me/CathPalmPaton and I will look into details about other sources since clearly more independent advocates and businesses could emerge to address these new sets of challenges on many levels..Let's show up since it's #CO19GO, COVID19 Game On!

Much love and support to all on the front lines of this very diffiult wave of 'awakening and greater challenge' in this year of 2020 which also holds much promise and am amazing sense of connectivity and teamwork in our one very special world and corner of the galaxy. I have written to my local Lakeville Journal about my recent trip (and was reading about another person who was also in Hawaii and yet has developed COVID19 as she's been back in Colorado.

The news article relayed she could have picked something up in Hawaii, or in the airport (on the way home or once about town...) So once again the headlines are reminding everyone that 'there are no 'places to run to or hide' if it involves being out in the world.

Still there are many other factors in life to consider at this time in terms of 'what IF there were a need to leave one's home to care for another, safe practices to help care for a loved one in isolation--more team support would be needed, and ways to maintain connection with people in one's family, friends and local areas as well as with other forums...so providing more internet access or other ways to make calls (and even join zoom meetings etc via phone contact) would be a savvy idea. Let's bring our A-Game to this #CO19GO time of our lives.

GreggBraden.com and many others are offering important insights. Humanity's Team has a special offer going on right now as well so keep yourself informed. Join forces with others and share resources wisely, Getting good information in every community and being proactive to #StaySafeOnAllFronts (so yes, prevent domestic violence, hunger and difficulties, poverty, homelessness, houselessness and get medications and food and TP (or many easily washable wash cloths) stored up but not hoarding to leave nothing for the next person... Just sayin', there is all manner of difficulty to learn about then seek to not replicate...

See more of what Permaculture suggests as well, caring for people the earth and resources with principles of conserving energy, using people's skills and talents (outputs) while respecting and noting their needs (inputs) for living, socializing, and receiving guidance and education in many areas. Filling basic needs (and Ryan Levesque has a great idea to ask people about their needs and more to focus one's business efforts...) is a way to help people and run a business as well (that makes money or is a non-profit or a B Corporation which I don't know much about but am interested in learning about as I can....) 'til then, it's time to catch the sun while the sun shines!
