In case you need a dose of inspiration, head on over to instagram. If you're like me, you may not really know how to get on there and set up and account...I did that a while back and had to figure out what it was...That's @ChngWrld2Gd...and I look around as I can but need to figure out what to do and how to share other posts. I did find it easy to see the post I mention above, and recommend a peek.

There's a lot going on for me and my NWCT area community..with the passing of two nice young fathers...I happen to know both of them and got to know their families a bit over the years. So sad so will see what we can do for them. One had a heart attack and the other died just a couple miles from his home when his Toyota 4 Runner rolled over. I had just travelled on that road a half hour or so before, but was going slowly because a friend told me he heard the roads could ice up, with black ice. Another friend said how that can happen within a few minutes when temperatures drop.

So my real plan would be to help myself and others not risk driving in such conditions...Even when it's warm out there can be icy spots from the day or so before since the ice doesn't melt near some cold spots (along the river, which would mean Route 7 from Cornwall to Kent and so on around here.)

Maybe on some hillsides where it's shady also and of course bridges. So rather difficult to keep going but let's all 'proceed with caution' and piece our lives together with love not knowing when the thread will run out... Hugs to all those missing their loved ones in spirit and for those wanting to be with family and others who are not closeby or available to share time with regularly.

Hopefully more can get a zoom meeting in to catch up and share a few talents, a song and gratiude! Peace and light..and see the youtube short segments of the memorial service for our teen son who died in 2009...Kaelan Pataon to get a sense of the love and support we'd like to extend to one another even many years later as tough times come round.
