Highlights of an online talk by Gregg Braden with Good Ideas for Now to Help US All Get Through these Times

https://youtu.be/zwiS37SYE6k is a recent talk by GreggBraden.com about dealing with the condition called COVID19 which stands for Corona Virus Disease of 2019.  He explains in more depth and  says the Virus (not the condition) is the SARS-CoV-2 (Corona Virus) which was first called Wuhan Virus (of China.) The CDC is trying not to link a place or animal with any disease due to lingering stigma, Gregg shares.

The corona (which refers to the spikes or crowns on the virus) are a key factor to the transmission of the virus which is not a living thing in itself as bacteria are. Rather the connection that  spike makes with human cells use the that cells DNA to become 'activated' and grow. Then the trouble begins with replication and spreading.

The human body has leukocytes to fight unhealthy viruses (we have normal ones that are part of our human condition, called the human viome I believe he shares.) Working on building one's immune system by getting good regular sleep each night, (I added the each night to encourage us and to look up other sleep research), eat well (mostly healthy and not crazy or regular desserts and sweets etc (again my tips based on many others..and easier said then done.)

He shares information about Reishi mushrooms (which can be found in tinctures if nto fresh and with suggested dosages by others after one speaks to health professionals.) He says that Abscorbate Vitamin C at a 2300 mg/day dosage may interrupt the function of the spikes of the corona virus. That form is in EmergeN-C packets (if you can find them...) and also helpful are the Trace Minerals packages wich are 1200mg/packet. Zinc acetate can be very helpful if having symptoms as can zinc gloconate (72%).

(Added note, I looked up more info and see there is Liposomal Vitamin C that some say allow more than the daily normal amount of Vit C one may absorb from food or regular Vit C supplements that are not abscorbate. A good company from Scotland offering a product Quali-C was given as one that met its guidelines. That was from CoreMedScience.com which had an in-depth discussion about the qualities, kinds and producer criteria of vitamins to consider. Their recommended dosages for  a certain kind of Vit C (the Liposomal kind I believe) for instance was 1000-2000mg daily if not contra-indicated.)

Before symptoms using Black Elderberry (158mg am and pm) may be helpful some say,but check with your health care professionals. Check into whether elderberry and echinacea should not be used once having symptoms since on The Aware Show with Lisa Garr, with guest Dr. Paul Anderson, the information that the immune system may not fuction the same way once a viral condtion is active and those may be counterproductive.

Some ideas from that show were to eat well, use garlic, onions and mushrooms along with a special kind of fat soluble Vitamin C. I'll try to add more soon but the overall idea is to Eat Healthy, Wash One's Hands Before and After Eating, Being Out, and Throughouth the Day, especially after using the bathroom, even if living alone. Same with covering sneezes and coughs, it's important to prevent the spread of any contagion with can live for not only hours but even a few days on metal or plastic or longer on cardboard!

A lot of this (including the way the immune system works) is not easy to keep track of and understand, but it is important for everyone to keep in mind that 'just becaue something is natural doesn't mean it is not without interactions or effects that may be counterproductive. So everything I share in this post and on this blog is taken as conversational and in no way intended to diagnose or prescribe a diet, medical or care plan.

These times are poised for many people to want a clear cut path of guidance and direction and yet that may be impossible and can be fraught with difficulties for all parties. It is imperative to do one's own research and consider getting validation from a few trusted competent resources (at least) and not just take things via the grapevine.

That can be helpful to sort through a lot of information (and check on Snopes.com for remedies or stories to see if they are valid. Careful not to be scammed, with more 'preventive points such as conferring with a  few trusted family members or friends before talking with solicitors or giving out information or agreeing to pay something even later or in payments etc.

Many 'affordable low cost trial offers' are followed up with a commitment to pay more money over time if one does not cancel in a certain amount of time. Write all such offers one may have agreed  to take (with friends also agreeing it is worthwhile..) so one is sure to cancel or have a friend double check and do so with one to make sure it's 'done done'. I know I thought I cancelled a trial offer to a major newspaper at $4/month..and just saw I am being charged $8/month so didn't actually cancel. Now I know to do that (and will today even though it's a good paper and likely I will try to review more of what I meant to do online before cancelling...)

Same with any kind of credit card. If one gets a 0% credit card, that still means the Minimum Balance needs to be paid monthly, ideally with automatic withdrawal from a solvent bank account with plenty of funds for the minimum. It is very important to be aware of when the balance in full would be charged interest however, even a year or more down the road. Ideally one would pay it off well in advance, but when challenges arise, getting a few people on board to make some regular reviews and plans for one's finances should be right up there with 'wiping down surfaces regularly, daily or at least every few days..."

Greg Braden braved sharing the information that the Corona Virus 19 could also be spread through feces, so to make certain to wash well after using the bathroom, private or public. People living in a home together would be wise to take as many precautions as possible and post some 'reminder guidelines' for all parties to implement best practices for hygiene in general but also for times of concern such as COVID19 in March and onward into 2020.
