Here's to Your Health and a Community Caring Response for #MeToo female folks online
Hello to Everyone in Dreamy December...and for gift-giving to nurture your body, soul and mind, here are some tips. Jennifer McLean is offering a free ten day set of calls online, so hurry over to her site for nurturing around the #MeToo issues and women needing support even if not directly affected by the epidemic of assault on women over many decades...
These calls are for women and some for men will be offered in the future I believe I read on her email. Then there's Summer Bok offering cool ideas and talks online at this time for diet and overall health. In case you want to take a break from reality, check out my free audios of The Jewel Story by Catherine Palmer Paton (just google that and get to the link if in a post, and listen in parts if desired.)
The other one by me also online for free isThe Turtle And The Acorn by Catherine Palmer Paton. I wrote about these stories as well on my blog here (www.livfully.org) With that I am off to a concert in chilly weather in Brooklyn and hoping you're all cookin' up special ways to welcome winter and the new year around the corner..
.All the best in the rest of 2017 and into 2018. I am trusting everyone is feeling a little joy and extra inner light as the days grow longer and our spirits are reminded of a bigger picture of hope for all of humanity... Let's try to put ourselves in one another's situations and see if the world is looking like a fair playing field..and if not, let's 'put a little somethin' on it' to make it so (as a youthful minister encouraged a group of about 50 kids 5 years ago or more that I happened to be visiting.' Keep it safe, respectful and encouraging and it should work pretty well as does holding doors open for others and lending a helping hand as you can.
