I finally got some laundry done I'd been putting off, took a nap, got lots of visiting in with folks from Texas to New York at an ol' home week in CT with the winter wonderland storm thankfully not being too much of an issue since folks were prepared with food, firewood or furnaces in good order (with oil.)

Try to not be asleep at the wheel of your life and check your cars for safety before driving (from top to wheels and clear snow from it) and even walk around it to make sure no one or thing is there that could be hurt when you drive away. Also Walk and Cross Streets Defensively.
A range of 76-92 is what Dr. Mowll is saying that is reasonable fasting glucose or blood sugar. An hour after eating the blood sugar level should ideally be Under 120. Those are the kinds of tips to keep on one's fridge and start testing with a home meter (even if needing to invest) with some guidance about safety, sanitation and more. There's lots to learn and take it 'a little at a time.' You are Worth It and Your Friends will appreciate hearing a bit now and then, but don't push it if it's an issue. Healthy hormone balance is important to learn about.
Dr. Cabeca talks a lot about that too. Insulin, according to the FB live talk, is an important hormone for us to have in balance. We may get too much insulin and it can 'eat us up from the inside out." Little blood vessels in the eyes and in the interior of the skin can be affected and cause diabetes complications. Cortisol is another tricky hormone while a life-saving hormone in balance if overdone it can be damaging over time to nerves, blood vessels and PTSD (fries the nervous system.)
A fasting insulin level should be 4- 5 and up to 10 is usually considered okay (or even up to 20). Over 10 that is hyper insulin anemic. The fasting glucose test should be under 30 (and after 2 hours should return to normal, about 15.) These are all numbers and ideas they are talking about on FB Live, so doublecheck with your doctor and do more of your own research. Insulin Resistance can be tested (even a young person)
Then you may have low cortisol and will bring Oxytocin down.If a concern, a possibility is to check the insulin response level (with a glucose test), and that can be informative as well. Use nutrition to keep things in balance. An A1C of 5.3 is ideal (rather than just content with 5.5 or not diabetic at 6.2 or higher (with different measures by different groups.)
High stress levels can cause high blood sugar and/or high cortisol output. Adrenal fatigue will make it harder to regulate a normal blood sugar. Low cortisol levels can result when too much cortisol has been put out (an alarm stage) which can damage the blood sugar system. Medications (longterm prednisone) may be linked to throwing cortisol levels off and then blood sugar.
First line beta-blockers and statins may throw blood sugars. Hardening of the blood vessels can result from sugar imbalance too.
