We all like the image of birds taking flight whether baby birds out of the nest (called fledglings by the way) or more mature birds swooping about whether harbingers of spring like Robin Redbreast or cheery red cardinals or Red-Bellied Woodpeckers (worth googling birds for inspiration if you haven't had time to go birding like some at Audubon or Nature's Conservancy encourage folks to do. Audubon does a Bird Count which novices can join in on and learn from too. How about a red-tail hawk circling high on wind? Those birds in flight get us thinking...what abour getting our ideas off the ground? Whose helping us feather the nest of our dream and inspiration time or feed our ideas with regular nourishment (an important step even for those future aerial acrobats).

I won't mention any specifics, but feel free to ask early on in a process if it's looking like you are interested. Stay open to the cool opportunities that fall in your domain as my first free ticket to meet Patty did when I went to Girls Night Out! in Danbury a few years ago. Very cool that Macaroni Kid was giving a pair of pricey ticket which yours truly received as the runner up (last minute, with about two days notice and took me some doing to get to the event a couple of hours away via Metro North from Wassaic to White Plains then to the venue.) Okay, so that was a Cinderella at the ball kind of moment and I got to meet lots of amazing people, mainly females of various levels of financial success and many positive women (That was Mom Grows a Business.)

After networking on FB and hearing talks and reading most newsletters I went to a second event (which I had bought a ticket for with limited funds at the first event.) Kindly, I was offered a refund before deciding to attend the second more low-key event. That also involved travel for me, from NYC to Greenwich and more taxis (too pricey, should have tried Uber or other networking.) But that's how life goes...live and learn.

Patty may offer her program online without the live coaching so keep an eye out for that. Jennifer McLean is also offering huge outreach to the world on many levels from business to health and spiritual guidance (hint, listening to that inner self and what feels good as true and balanced in your heart and soul, and gut, seems a theme with both Patty and Jennifer.) I encourage people to have a few longterm or good friends who will give real feedback and help you track 'the different voices you may have wanting to care for yourself or help you achieve some goals but may seem in conflict. 

Each of us is a bit of a business, so even if not going into business to make money, why not listen in and consider how these ideas about Branding (and even business. how you use your time, how you network, share online and so on..and maybe be open to donations..as I am by the way and hope to have Paypal up and running soon for this blog or www.pantheon.com
