Good News the Census Can Continue through October so Get Counted for the Benefits for Yourself and Your Community and State!

From The Lakeville Journal (of CT) I read that the census count can continue through October. Let's make every day and person count this month to get more treats than tricks by the end of the month on Halloween on Oct.31st, 2020! Talk it up and enjoy this next part of my post about a special online conference for Women (in business but I say being a person is a business unto itself...so glad I answered the call and attended the first ones 16 years ago...) Aside from some sound or tech issues, they have great speakers and I'll get a replay. Don't know if the NW CT Chamber of Commerce will have those available for others, but I'll share some highlights here and now..hot off the press!

The first speaker was from MOMA and said now's a great time to get to museums operating at 25% capacity to see great works of art.!

I'm hearing Wow! Forum speakers live online. Brooke Goff is a female amazing personal injury attorney who promotes education over promotion. She buys 90 second ads to educate people about options to address needs. She is inspiring. She has 20 loyal employees who are paid higher than most in their fields.

She's in her early 30s and had a tough kind of life growing up without lots of perks. She wanted to have a fair shot at doing whatever she wanted in terms of living a full life as a youth, young adult, adult and now uber successful lawyer. She is proud to be a leader among women. She is married to a woman and promoting equality and success for others with her life example.

She others along the way whether family or others professionals (particularly women.) When a child is hurt, you run to 'your Mom'....and as a woman she realizes she can help people feel they are getting a maternal response. She always wanted to teach a law class on personal injury since there's room for improvement.

In answering some questions she shared that she had played football (after wrangling some regulations) and did a jump of 14 feet likely was the running long jump...worth googling her name from NY where she did this she said.

Stay tuned for more as the sound cut out just now...so we're leaving on an inspiring note! Go for your dreams and make sure you have good teams on all fronts of your journey (that means being good team players for one another...) Kudos all in their kind and caring pursuits whether making money or sharing the love of healing and humanity!.
