A few notes from FB to friends on feeling connected and accepted

To one who lost weight: The inner beauty shines through..There's so much that 'feeds a cycle' of gaining (for various reasons, some emotional, others biological and nutritional, it's a maze of sorts) That said, kudos on your amazing efforts and meeting goals on all fronts. Hugs.

To One Feeling Empowered As Connected to All God or the Creator Made (maybe the universe in general too):
Nice to feel we belong, it's okay to take up space, connect with our earth and nature support team (all made of the same stuff and have more connections than we can figure out...) as well as with all people (so likely have a GPS and sense detection more than we know...and yes, that greater love and blessing from above connected to all we are within is a tremendous concept and feeling..rather than feeling there is only an external great eye in the sky judging our every breath and so on.

There is room for growth and healing, ideally starting from nurturing beginnings even before growing in the womb (or test tube etc). Feeling we belong to a family, a tribe, to friends of all ages who are looking out for our best interest can be a journey in itself alongside the externals of how we look, what we do and seem to feel we are Supposed to do.

Thanks for letting me share these ideas some of which we explored in a support program in the tri-corner area recently. Also I like the Course in Miracles, with a book This Moment Is Your Miracle, which has inspiring ideas as well...many versions I think of speaking to the 'inexplainable but key aspects of our physical life..the spiritual ones..'

Lots of interesting ideas there at Kripalu, Omega and at Crystal Essence and Sruti in The Berkshires and Women's Circles etc around many communities..and yes, Mens Groups and Others as do Identified...Having more support rather than less then finding ways to network with others around common goals for improving life is all helpful to grow community or address needs, large or small.
