I signed up for the Jennifer McLean series of Free Talks (or pay what you like) for monthly 'Prayer Circles'..basically guided meditation and holding positive thoughts for those in need and ourselves. Very wonderful one held today live at 3PM EST for over an hour...so tune in then enjoy the talks at that time on the 22nd of each month in 2022. She also has over a hundred from the past years so that's a lot of magic to enjoy.
Last but not least, think about joining a Toastmasters group online or in person. Easy to find by checking the main site toastmasters.org and plug in one's zip code. Also there's plenty on youtube.
