Cool Healing Ideas for Our Times (on many levels) on New Life Expo on FB Nov 7 and 8, 2020, A Fresh Start for US All!
Enjoying the New Life Expo talks that are on their FB live (and extra networking on zoom) thru tomorrow too. Many of the presenters have their own sites, music and offerings which may be helpful at this time. Such as StephenHalpernMusic.com (which has free 1 min samples that can be centering...) I share more ideas on Livfully.org too.
Hope everyone is finding ways to mark this time, step into more health and connection (such as Eve Wilson talks about on her blog and in her book.) All colleges, communities, and states and countries could have a basic primer in these topics to fine tune offerings and help people unify efforts and harmonize too... with dream teams and ways to make meaningful connections and self-care and empowerment groups as well.
Rather amazing to be here now with many key resources to draw upon and craft healing proactive futures for more of our society and wider world. Thanks for all everyone is doing. In the book What Retirees Want the author offers a lot of insights into how people are pursuing life fully rather than shuffling off into the sunset with poor health as has been the case. People may be living well over 100 with modern help so nice to plan for such things.
He shared a family with six living generations! Since I'm from a large family, I feel I've had a glimpse of that horizontally... and coast to coast, so realize that kind of 'tribe vibe' is valuable whether with family, friends, classmates, co-workers and others in a community. All part of the exciting ways to keep positive ideas and energy flowing (without needing quick fixes to rebalance.)
President Bradley has written in VQ recently that we need to think more widely rather than mainly in our small groups (family, self-care mainly...) so hopefully we would have more alliances since there are many thinking on those levels. Grateful for all doing the amazing work and outreach each has done and feeling we really will be needed during this time of transition and moving forward peacefully. All hippies and next generations on deck!
Here's to President Biden at age 77 (with a Nov 20th birthday) stepping into the leadership role and Vice President Kamala Harris at age 56 (as of Oct 20th) inspiring many, especially women and people of color. We're really getting somewhere, with 5 Million People making the critical difference (for the 300 plus million Americans who will be affected along with many immigrants.) Let's hope everyone can find their peace and a way to make this a win-win life experience for all.
