With the challenge in prosecuting the Mollie Tibbett's criminal, maybe Miranda Rights Need to be played as a recording (in English, Spanish, etc) and record that it's done as such

Reflecting on comments from various current and past news accounts online regarding the tragic Mollie Tibbetts case in Iowa,  summer of 2018. Americans and other concerned people are learning in the news that the police officer interviewing the suspect Christhian Bahena Rivera who was reportedly 24 or 25 in 2018,  initially failed  due to human error (not a ploy to engage him in further questioning for hours, about 11 hours total) to read him the entire Miranda Rights (the part that said 'whatever you say can and will be used against you in a court of law',) yet thinking she had done so.

The Police Officer, Pamela Romero, a native Spanish speaker, did not have the pamphlet she usually used, stored in her backpack, to read him his Miranda Rights after being led to the recovery of the victim's body in a cornfield an hour southeast from her native town of Brooklyn Iowa.

There is much more to consider regarding what could inform police and investigators about doing a thorough, professional and legal investigation from the beginning and documenting each step sufficiently, ideally with at least two people overseeing 'procedural details' to prevent mishandling key aspects of the process. As the title of this post suggests, with the challenge in prosecuting the Mollie Tibbett's criminal, maybe Miranda Rights Need to be played as a recording (in English, Spanish, etc) and record that it's done as such

There is a great deal for all people to consider to help prevent crime, including having routines yet also having more support for recreational outings with appropriate supervision from others. Women and children particularly could take 'added precautions' and not be alone or without ways to protect themselves, though there are no guarantees. The case of Mollie Tibbetts 'being in the wrong place at the wrong time' was about the random horrible action Mr. Rivera chose to take that day when seeing her out jogging.

His mindset and impulsive actions were the wrong choice for his life as well as hers, as he likely will be suffering for his actions 'one way or another' as many realize is part of how things playo out for people, legal or not.  More information about theories of quantum field theory are offering the possibility that 'there are reasons and balancing acts or spiritual reasons for why things happen...and what may continue to happen to those who intend harm to others.

There may be 'no getting away with anything' per se. If more criminally or even mentally unstable people could consider the 'possibilities' maybe they would want help to 'stop in their tracks'...and choose to have more support to 'clean up their act' with accountability and guidance.

Very much like 'breaking free from an addiction to chemicals, which may play an instrumental role in someone's downward spiral and decline if not violence toward others or themselves, doing mean things, being violent and insisting on one's own way may end up getting one Anything But That in the long run if not much sooner. But no one talks about these things in a comprehensive way..and our society has plenty of loopholes and media showing 'evil winning over good' or a winner taking it all..and leaving losers in the dust (on the surface.)

With the way the climate concerns and even political concerns are looming, economics and other factors impacting people's livelihoods, assets and future prospects for medical or other care, the pressure is building on many fronts.

The wanton violence is a small percentage of crimes and domestic violence that all needs sorting out and spelling out for all women, children and men to understand the odds of running into trouble..and 'not to be blow the plot but plenty of people are in the running to run into trouble' whether they know it or now. Keeping people in the dark may be a major aspect of much of business and social enterprises.

But it's time for fewer surprises and more  steadfast 'shedding light on difficult topics' in our largely imbalanced populations in the modern world...and that's on many fronts. See some of the other posts, while information supposedly can be shared in a 'free press' and consider how important many 'small choices' and those made early in life and over time can impact one's life and future... some call it a person's one precious life.

Most people do not live in a bubble (even if they are loners or not related to many people or otherwise living with someone or dating someone or have someone to care about in a meaningful way.) We interact with many people maybe even mainly online. We count on one another to drive and live safely and reasonably well. That is not a given in modern times as pressures grow on many fronts.

Hopefully more 'social service centers' would open up in every state and area to encourage people to double check their overall 'safe living and relationship plans and practices', and work up ways to grow stronger communities and support systems. There are plenty of serious matters such as the well-being of the infrastructure and resources in each town and state to enable healthy functioning communities.

Maybe a lot needs to be outsourced to people and online programs who can give support for many matters that may be 'against the law or someone's program objective' to address. See what CA Protective Parents Association has steadfastly pursued for a couple of decades to inform people about corrupt or ineffective custody court practices in much of California and the country.

The Battered Mothers Custody Conference has been running over over a decade with many critical insights and resources for the country to gain in a timely fashion.

More people would likely gain insight from a Pennsylvannia case that resulted in Kayden's Corner advocacy, in memory of a precious, talented, young girl who was forced to have visitation with her abusive father who ended her life and his.  Hopefully all women and youth would understand they have been in a kind of collective hostage situation..one they basically are not aware they are in until they may feel the need to help someone or perhaps feel they need or want to break out of it for themselves (and often to protect their children.)

Sadly the case of a 'normal nice, professional father' ending the lives of his legal wife and mother of their three children as well as the youth themselves, ages 7 and under, in rural Western Massachusetts in March of 2019 should be a catalyst for concern far and wide.

The District Attorney's Office of  Berkshire County  has an Initiative to inform the public and pursue solutions for early screening and intervention (I hope). They are encouraging people to read a book to learn more about the many forms and aspects of abuse that 'keep a victim in the cycle' and prevent resolution more often than people may understand or consider.

I will post this for now in hopes that it sparks more people to 'think for themselves and for their communities.' There are other posts over the years that address these difficult matters and hopefully more think tanks can emerge online and in communites across America, much like the growing response to prevent the opioid crisis from claiming more lives. Now we know that there have been corrupt or imbalanced systems factoring into the epidemic without much public understanding of the  depth, high cost and enormity of the problem.
