Can't Really Tell You How I Got There..but found my Wordpress site (1st attempt set up by a friend..thanks)

Hello from my most recent journey over to my Wordpress site which can be found at the following address, www.livfullyblog.wordpress.com or a recent post https://wp.me/p7EyUK-2c about not recalling I had one set up by a friend. This will be a brief entry and to remind myself to Make Lists of All Things pertinent to cyberspace as well as other important accounts and information I want to keep track of. On the top of this list will be my banking info, credit card and payment info as well as a clear way to pay the balance off in full each month to avoid interest charges (smart folks recommendation to Avoid Late Fees and Interest Fees which mount exponentially.)

IF someone has a 0% rate for a few months or even a year, that may be handy But if there's a balance due after that time on top of the minimum payments due monthly (which there will be even if there's the low or zero percent interest rate) someone could be painfully surprised by the amount due if letting interest start to accrue and not have a way to pay that back. Hopefully if you don't understand that or something else important (even about the new tax laws which may not allow as many deductions of interest paid or other key parts of one's usual fiscal workings, please look up information and ask good resource people.)

The overall idea of being 'on top of one's game' could look differently for people of various means, but many of the same skill sets or support people would be helpful. Taking time daily to think of finances may make sense, say around 10 am if one is able to do so, or planning a day ahead, maybe 7pm at night to check and review things. Paying bills on the first of the month may be reasonable for many bills, but depending on when a credit card or other monthly or quarterly bill is due, that bill paying routine or date may need adjusting. A buddy system and a book or program such as You Need A Budget.com could be a great help.

Students may qualify for a free trial. Other budget tools exist as well, and keeping one notebook would make sense not only for finances but another for passwords to all cyber accounts, bank accounts, insurance and other important accounts. We all get the picture Eventually, hopefully before any key events force us into a crisis (a Cry "Sis!" 'itchuation when we are feeling we're in over our heads.

Hopefully everybuddy can help the next one tune in and plan for 'just in case scenarios' with key information handy for someone to be able to step in and pay bills on time, get household and business tasks in order and let other key people know some basics. I saw a set of problems in a housing complex keep growing because the management was not allowed to do more than send a letter to a tenant who was in arrears (or owed money for rent or mortgage or maintenance fees.)

IF there were a basic way for All Tenants to work with a local agency or other designated person, they could allow the management to contact them Before another 10 days (or whatever period of time before a notice with at penalty fee accrued) so That person or agency could work at contacting follow up people or access funds (as the person had designated or possibly allowed them to hold in advance if the business office itself of the housing complex could not allow for that. Ideally more people could be paying a month or two In Advance or have a clear plan of family, agencies, and such that could step in should something arise (a medical or other unforseen problem.)

There likely could be a whole new field of residential assistance (drawing on existing programs and agencies for instance) to help people make the most of their living situation and connections, have support during construction (such as window replacement or even radiator cover replacement.) Perhaps the companies themselves could have outreach people and work with teams of people (insured, screened or otherwise cleared for working with people and being in their apartments if that is desired or needed.) A little more planning could go a long way toward faclitating communicaton, having videos with 'real life scenarios' to help people understand what a given project would entail and for all parties to understand the parameters of someone working in their home and their roles to  help make sure an area is prepared and supervised properly. Again some support and back up for any special needs would be a good part of the planning.

Simple hospitality like having some store-bought beverages (bottled water, juice etc )and simple snacks available, apples, a box of cookies or yogurt or other sealed food workers could avail themselves too would be helpful. A notepad with one's cell phone number and first name could be handy if one is not in the apartment and someone else is hosting the workers in one's place. Even having a friend over may be useful to be able to take turns if one needs to run errands and for overall safety and comfort of all involved. Children, pets and elderly ideally should be able to spend time out of the apartment, perhaps doing a trade with a neighbor.

That person going to one's apartment likely could be 'safer and more helpful' than asking them to watch one's child, etc. Exploring options a month or more in advance would make sense and again some back up would be good to plan for as well.
